    Electrical Project Manager / Estimator- Industrial
    We are one of the largest open-shop electrical contracting companies in Texas and Oklahoma.

    We has expertise with projects in virtually every arena of electrical service and construction, including commercial, industrial / manufacturing, healthcare and institutional markets.


    Position Duties & Responsibilities:
    The successful Electrical Project Manager / Estimator will be responsible for performing the following duties in a variety of 'end-user' client environments:
    Estimate / design and manage electrical projects ranging from $10,000 to $1 million

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in trust and long term, repeat business opportunities

    Ability to identify clients electrical needs and develop / design NEC compliant solutions that will meet current and future needs

    Ensure open and effective communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, etc

    Perform accurate and timely estimates using Accubid software

    Present scope & pricing in concise, detailed proposals

    When required, develop, submit and gain AHJ approval of drawings, load calculations, etc

    Negotiate with clients and suppliers when necessary to arrive at an equitable outcome

    Effectively oversee and manage all facets of projects, including but not limited to: schedules, labor / material budgets, subcontractors, etc

    Ensure overall success and profitability of projects

    Ensure that all work is completed according to company safety and quality standards

    Perform all facets of job with the highest standard of ethics at all time


    Requirements:
    Experience in full-cycle estimating and project management for commercial electrical projects

    Must have extensive knowledgeable of NEC and local AHJ requirements

    Texas Electrical Journeyman License (preferred not required)

    Proven resource management and critical thinking skills

    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task

    Attention to detail and problem solving skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency in information analyzation and decision making

    Working knowledge of Accubid and Accubid Live Count systems
