Integrated Marketing Associate

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Integrated Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• Developing day-of and post event marketing collateral for marquee events for this cohort
• Project managing the development of key advisor materials for this audience: a self-led financial education deck for advisors, additional pitchbook slides with latest and greatest offerings for this group, etc.
• Partnering with XF partners on the launch of their new educational initiative, the Learning Lineup
• Producing videos for each module
• Developing and collating all supplemental materials for each module
• Partnering with Advisor Enablement team to develop an advisor toolkit ahead of each module launch
• Repackaging Semester content to live as standalone content for the Learning Lineup
• Working with Product to enhance the digital experience for this product within our website and mobile app

Integrated Marketing Associate Qualifications:

• Keen judgment and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent project management skills
• Strategic thinking
• Bachelors degree
