We are hiring for: Resident Care CoordinatorThe Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating client care related to scheduling of and communication following appointments,
transportation,
and insurance.
This position requires at least an associates degree with 4 years of work experience,
Ora bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience,
Ora masters degree and 1 year of work experience.
- Coordinate and schedule medical psychiatric dental/vision appointments with doctors' offices health care providers laboratories along with communicating liaisonwith physicians nurses other relevant behavioral health healthcare professionals regarding the medical needs of the resident.
- Track all physical health care dental vision appointment .
- Peparer complete all necessary documentation in accordancewith program standards within required time frames as required ie MA %
