    Collegial multispecialty group seeks an Endocrinologist to work in Longview, Texas -east of Dallas 1 hr 45 mins

    • This multispecialty groups services 13k diabetic patients and this group is the ONLY place for them to come Huge earning potential Group has a 94% retention rate.

    The extensive package contains:
    High earning potential $350-450k yr
    switches to RVUs after 1st year guarantee base salary $325k. Production bonus at year end for over RVU threshold, $50.
    $750 a month APP supervising compensation
    100% paid Malpractice and tail
    Retirement funding with % match
    Relo and SignOn $
    Medical-health, Dental- and Vision
    Over 1 month off per year, paid while on their 12 month guarantee

    Job/Practice Description:
    Endocrinologist

    Full-Time
    Join a group that offers a very large referral base and is the area s preferred provider network of employed providers
    Mon-Fri 8-5, 15-20 patients per day
    can do 100% outpatient or 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient
    group has 3 physicians with 2 APPs - the clinic runs super smooth and has Pulmonary, Rheum and Endo services
    1 Endo just retired. 0 Endo's currently.
    DBE and dietician in the clinic

    Over 1400 physicians and advance practice providers
    A physician-led DIAD group with its own board of directors
    renovating the SICU now to 28 beds.

    Endocrinologist

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
