    Job Summary

    The Account Manager manages day-to-day Managed Services Program (MSP) processes, cultivates client relationships, and consults on staffing needs by partnering with AMN Recruiters and Associate Vendor to source and confirm qualified local clinicians.

    *This role will support a client in the Washington, DC area and requires being on site 5 days a week.*

    Job Responsibilities
    • Manages clinician access and terminations to facility programs including badging, software, charting, and medication weekly.
    • Acts as liaison for onsite travel and local clinicians to address any concerns and work to resolve with internal partners including clinical, credentialing, and payroll.
    • Assist to build and maintain clinician orientation packet documentation.
    • Participates in orientation as needed to assist educators with larger class sizes and discuss important administrative action items with the class.
    • Partners with Recruitment and Associate Vendors through accurate order details and unit descriptions to ensure adequate candidate file flow so all staffing needs are filled within contract timeframes.
    • Effectively communicates with clients to ensure timely and accurate updates on open orders, candidate availability, confirmed placements, and contract expiration dates.
    • Advises recruitment and associate vendors through accurate order details and unit descriptions to ensure adequate candidate file flow so all staffing needs are filled within contract timeframes.
    • Establishes and maintains effective communication with hospital clients to provide timely updates on open orders, candidate availability, confirmed placements, and contract termination dates.
    • Reconcile orders using Shiftwise and other technology to increase accuracy and booking process momentum.

    Qualifications

    Education & Years of Experience
    • Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
    Additional Experience
    • Experience in the healthcare staffing industry
    • Experience in the Account Management and Recruitment
    • Experience in managed services oversight, large account program management
    • Working knowledge of Vendor Management Service (VMS) tools
    Work Environment / Physical Requirements
    • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
    • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

    Pay Rate
    $ $28.50 Hourly
    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
