Position at SBM Management SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.
Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.ResponsibilitiesVacuumingMoppingBonnetingExtraction (wet/dry)
Strip & wax floorCarpet spot removalTransport equipment, tools and suppliesMove furniture before/after cleanCommunicate changes, progress or problem areasQualifications3+ years Floor Tech experience requiredExperience in the janitorial industry required, Must be able to pass drug test and background check Shifts: 2nd shiftCompensation: $16.00 per hourSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces.
