Job SummaryThe Certified Nurse Assistant is accountable for providing our residents with quality care in home environment, with resident-directed care.
A sincere desire to provide the highest quality of daily care to develop meaningful relationships with our elderly residents.This is done in accordance with our policies, procedures, and the state and federal guidelines.
Supports the facility's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times. Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Licensure/Certification/RegistrationMust obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.
Must be 18 years of ageMed Aide certification required if eligible. High School Diploma or GED required for Med AideBLS Certification Preferred.
Work ScheduleNight shifts, 5:30pm-6:00am, every third weekend, every third holiday; 72 hours every 2 weeksPayThe hourly range for this position is listed below.
