Pay Range:$27+/hr; based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards and individual student needs.
• Utilize various instructional strategies and resources to engage students in active learning.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, diversity, and cultural understanding.
• Assess and monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and development.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Utilize technology effectively to enhance instruction and student engagement.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification.
• Prior experience as a General Education Teacher or in a similar role is preferred.
• Deep understanding of educational theories, instructional strategies, and curriculum standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
