Job summary

The Payroll Specialist manages and coordinates payroll processing for FMFCU and SFN in accordance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Completes bi-weekly payroll processing for FMFCU and SFN accurately and timely including analyzing timecard inputs data for coding or other errors closing and balancing timecards.
  • ,
  • Maintains electronic database of information including timecards exception pay adjustments accruals balances all payments deductions processed through payroll wage garnishments commissions tuition reimbursement incentives retro pays etc.

  • Analyzes audits payroll information employee changes for accuracy manages payroll adjustments appropriately processes two payrolls in accordance with all internal polices procedures internal control systems external regulations submits deposit file to Information Technology reconciles payroll deposits tax withholdings deductions creates produces all payroll reports various parties appropriate intervals responds ad hoc report requests.
