We are looking for a Sales Recruiting Sourcer (Contract Position) to join our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to our Manager, Talent Acquisition.
As a member of our elite Talent Acquisition Team, the Sales Recruiting Sourcer will own and drive sourcing of sales talent end to end, along with adhoc sourcing efforts for other functions, as needed.
You will work closely with our recruiters to partner and develop strategies to find top-performing candidates.At Infoblox, we look to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it's really like to work here.
The ideal candidate will be an entry-level corporate or agency recruiter who brings a balance of creativity, focus, determination, and fun to our team.
What you'll do:
Use direct sourcing techniques to recruit and develop a strong network of passive candidates
Make cold calls, network, and generate leads from your own sources
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
Utilize the full spectrum of staffing methodologies, including search, research, internet sourcing, and candidate development
Ensure a positive candidate experience while identifying candidate risks
What you'll bring:
3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team or staffing agency
Ability to network and source passive candidates via warm & cold calling
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environment
Good eye for talent with a sound sourcing approach with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions
Ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
Solid high-tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities
Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externally
Advanced proficiency in the use of office systems, personal computers, tickler systems, applicant tracking systems, and Internet search techniques
