• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• At least a high school diploma or a GED is recommended.
• Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Need to be a team player and have an eye for detail.

• The Head housekeeper would be responsible for making sure all rooms are clean for guest satisfaction and motivating the crew.
• Supervises housekeeping staff.
• Assigning duties to staff and providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, coordinating or ordering replacements and equipment repair.
• Inspect hotel premises, and/or guest rooms, ensuring compliance with company procedures and health/sanitation standards.
