Independently performs detailed installation testing inspection repair intrusion fire access video systems according to system specifications protocols ensure systems functioning properly Inspects integrated complex commercial residential intrusion fire access video systems according to system specifications procedures ensure that systems are functioning properly Installs services small medium large integrated complex commercial residential intrusion fire access video systems according to system specifications rules ensure that systems are functioning properly Performs troubleshooting repair functions all systems including advanced complex integrated commercial residential intrusion fire access video Systems such as programming troubleshooting computer glitches cleaning detectors testing controls peripheral devices mounting replacing testing equipment running cable bending pipe etc Maintains repairs system components Tests Systems written specifications verify System performance determine cause System problems Instructs customers in Intrusion Fire Access Control Video System operation Responds customer questions requests Recommend corrective services adjust Customer complaints Defines scope add-ons change orders seeks customer approval writes paperwork Assists explanation Systems alternatives potential customers Recommends ways use additional features capabilities System installations Maintains accurate records inspections service calls troubleshooting as required Provides detailed timely paperwork reports management Oversees work Systems Apprentices checking quality safety accuracy Provides feedback Supervisors on Systems Apprentice performance Acts onsite project lead meet project timelines goals Evaluates new products reliability fitness targeted Customer use profile.Job description
