Hiring for full time Leadership / Supervisor / Keyholder

BASE PAY + TIP POOL

We are looking for a Supervisor who is experienced at working in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment; and who also likes to have fun We would prefer you to come equipped with exceptional customer service abilities, a sense of urgency, as well as the ability to adapt and keep moving. Leadership experience, especially in a food service establishment, is preferred but not required.

**Must be at least 18 years old to apply at this time**

**Must have open availability, to include nights/weekends and being able to arrive by 11:30am daily**

**Work schedule is approximately 40-42 hours per week on average, with the possibility of overtime depending on the season**

Job Requirements

• Passionate about hospitality and customer service
• Positive attitude
• Willing to perform multiple jobs throughout the day
• Scooping, mixing and decorating The Yard shakes and sundaes
• Standing for extended periods during each shift
• Lifting up to 30lbs
• ServSafe Certified (preferred)
• Experience with cash handling, POS, scheduling, inventory control, and ordering
• Follow proper opening and closing routines, including cleaning throughout the day
• Leadership / Team Player

Continuous Functions (typical):

• Standing
• Repetitive use of hands and arms
• Grasping
• Pushing and pulling
• Lifting

Frequent Functions (typical):

• Walking
• Lifting 10-30 lbs
• Carrying 10 lbs or less

Occasional Functions (typical):

• Bending over
• Reaching overhead
