    ## Purpose-Driven Career Development in Automotive Service


    Position: Automotive Service & Customer Impact Intern

    Duration: 12-16 weeks
    Eligibility: High school seniors and college students

    Application: Rolling admissions, quarterly start dates

    Three Ways to Participate

    All interns begin on the volunteer track for 30-45 days to confirm mission alignment. This foundation period develops workforce readiness skills while connecting interns with purpose-driven planning focused on a cause that has personal meaning.

    1. Volunteer Track (5-10 hours/week)

    Foundation Period: Develop workforce readiness skills, confirm mission alignment, and discover how your personal cause connects to automotive service excellence.

    Continued Option: Flexible schedule building professional portfolio for future opportunities.

    2. Academic Credit Track hours/week)

    After foundation completion: Earn university credit while developing automotive service skills with structured learning outcomes and formal academic documentation.

    3. Stipend Track hours/week)

    After demonstrating mission alignment: Receive $16-20/hour while gaining intensive experience with priority consideration for full-time employment.

    Weeks 5-8: Hands-On Service Learning

    • Shadow customer service representatives and skilled technicians
    • Practice translating technical information into clear, understandable language
    • Experience trustbuilding strategies creating longterm customer loyalty

    Weeks 9-12: Leadership Development

    • Participate in customer satisfaction measurement initiatives
    • Support training of newer team members
    • Create career development plan aligned with personal purpose
