    Keep abreast of advancements in pharmaceutical technology, emerging therapeutics, and changes in healthcare service standards.
    Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
    Current license to practice pharmacy.
    A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
    Proficient in the area of clinical interpretation: drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions.
    Experience in the preparation and/or supervision of sterile IV drugs.
    Thorough understanding and adherence to DEA policies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively explain complex medical information to non-medical audiences.
