    Job Description:

    • Operate CNC Lathe machine following blueprints, sketches, and route sheets
    • Contribute to lean initiatives for increased productivity and cost reduction
    • Work collaboratively in a team environment with general guidance

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate production machines
    • Perform various machine operations as per pre-planned instructions
    • Adjust machines, report malfunctions, and ensure quality
    • Inspect parts for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
    • Maintain equipment, follow SPC, and suggest improvements
    • Follow company policies, safety rules, and maintain a clean workspace

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma / GED
    • Minimum of 2 years related machining experience
    • 1 year of product support or relevant experience required
    • May need forklift operator certification

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
    • Basic knowledge of machine shop mathematics
    • Effective communication skills
    • Team player
    • Experience with self-service employee systems and automated tools
    • Participation in goal setting and self-development
    • General computer terminal operations knowledge
    • Manual dexterity and basic math skills
