Job summary
We are recruiting for a Regional Business Director to support the West Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and local business partners to deliver business goals.The Regional Business Director will establish and execute a fully-aligned Region Business plan that considers the unique competitive marketplace, resource allocation, and business trends. The plan must align to company strategies; deliver compliant product sales growth; and meet volume objectives while effectively addressing the local Region marketplace needs.
