Duties

• You will provide legal advice on complex problems, advise clients on matters, and cases brought by or against the Department of the Navy.
• You will interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for the Department of the Navy.
• You will present and summarize cases, drafting and interpreting laws and legislation and evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation of matters and cases.
• You will represent and advocate for the Department of the Navy and provide legal advices and counsel, in the form of oral advice and written options.
• You will perform administrative functions as related to the practice of law and participate in organization-wide or command level initiatives.
