    Description
    *POSITION OBJECTIVE*Under the general direction of the Assistant Registrar, the Program Manager is responsible for assisting with projects and general administration of student enrollment. The Program Manager may work with WSOM faculty, staff, and students.

    *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*•The Program Manager will assist with reviewing academic progress toward graduation, including enrollment audits and clearance for graduation. Communicate with faculty, staff and students on outstanding issues as directed by the Assistant Registrar. (40%)


    • Responsible for managing the enrollment of all WSOM graduate students in Curriculum Practical Training. Assisting with the review and approval of course permissions. Assist with reviewing admission documents for all WSOM graduate students, including communicating with students to ensure complete documentation within the student file. Placing and removing subsequent enrollment holds on accounts as needed. (30%)
    • Assist Registrar's Office and Student Experience Office with commencement-related activities. Assist with diploma pick-up and mailing each semester. (20%)
    • Assist the Registrar's Office with program management of all graduate student programs. As needed, interact effectively with multiple constituencies across WSOM and the University to ensure the smooth administration of issues for WSOM graduate students. Assist the department with faculty, staff, and student concerns regarding academic policies, course enrollment, degree requirements, graduation and enrollment audits, academic integrity, student conduct, schedule of classes, independent studies and other matters that arise. (10%)
    *NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*•Perform other duties as assigned. (<1%)

    *CONTACTS*Department: WSOM faculty program directors, department chairs, faculty and staff.

    University:
    University departments including but not limited to the University Registrar's Office, Student Financial Services, and Student Financial Aid.

    External:
    WSOM Alumni and prospective students


    Students:
    WSOM graduate students

    *SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES*No direct supervisory responsibility.

    *QUALIFICATIONS*Experience: 3 or more years of related industry experience, preferably in an academic institution. Must have strong program management and Microsoft suite experience.

    Education/Licensing:
    High school education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    *WORKING CONDITIONS*General office working environment. Must be able to work flexible hours including limited weekends and evenings. Peak work times during the beginning of Fall and Spring semesters and leading up commencement.

    $20.00 per hour
