Job Description:
The Program Manager communicates, organizes, plans, and controls one or more project, program, and/or proposal team.
This PM serves as the primary customer contact and voice of the customer and is responsible for the program(s) quality, cost, schedule, and performance.
The PM will be responsible for one or more development program (>$1M but $5M butEssential Functions:
Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more UAV programs
Manage all aspects of the program to include cost, schedule, and technical performance
Work synergistically with the program Chief Engineer for the success of the program
Ensure aspects of the program such as risk management, configuration management, materials management, subcontract management, security, and contracts are executed in accordance with contractual/purchase order requirements
Ensure delivery of contractual/purchase order data items such as CDRLs/SDRLs
Work with company functional leaders to plan and staff the program
Interface with the Customer on behalf of the program
Develop and present program performance data and metrics at program management and Customer reviews
Deliver Program Management Reviews/Estimate at Complete (EAC) presentations to company management
Lead or participate in proposal generation for the program
Qualifications:
Must Have An Active/Current Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Knowledgeable of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques
Strong people skills, with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Must be able to obtain and maintain additional clearances

Ability to travel 20% of the time
