Job summary
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the overall functions of the building premises are in good, safe operational order; this role is responsible for minor repairs and coordinating outside services for major or specialized repairs.Responsibilities
- Inspect the interior and exterior of all buildings on the premises for wear or damages that require repair or equipment replacement.
- Record specific requests from managers for repairs. Identify whether it is a minor repair which can be handled internally or, if necessary, receive required bids from outside sources for major, or specialized (e.g., electrical wiring, etc.) repair.
