- Associate's Degree preferred
- NMTCB or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - ARRT (N) ; must maintain current

JOB SUMMARY:
Model advanced technical and clinical knowledge of the field of nuclear medicine technology.
Building on the NMT I position, will be able to independently perform all nuclear medicine procedures as defined by the departmental protocols manual, comply with all regulatory requirements, provide accurate patient assessment/patient preparation, and work cooperatively with other healthcare providers to provide high quality and timely diagnostic and therapeutic information.
A desire for continuous self-improvement, as well as identifying and assisting with the improvement needs in others and the overall department is a significant differentiator for this position.
The NMT II will actively stay abreast of modality trends and new procedures updates with an eye to incorporate into the department's offerings.
Leadership responsibilities include preceptor for new employees and students, modeling professional behavior and temporarily assuming the role of the supervisor in their absence.
Weekday position ONLY NO weekends NO call and NO holidaysQualifications
