- Follow Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and RetireMed compliance rules, policies, procedures and programs.
- Lead early-stage sales processes by understanding each lead's individual situation and effectively selling our differentiators and value proposition.
- Effectively engage, educate, and nurture leads to assess their needs, providing clear timelines, roadmaps, and appropriate follow-up assistance.
- Be active in the New Business inbound and outbound phone queues, explaining and enrolling leads in the RetireMed Program.
- Schedule lead appointments with Benefit Advisors for in-person, phone, or video-conference meetings via various communication channels.
- Execute a minimum of 40 dials and average two hours of talk time per day.
- Act as a trusted advisor for leads seeking Medicare expertise, responding promptly to inquiries from various sources.
- Provide reliable information and resources for a seamless lead-to-client conversion.
- Manage a prospect/lead pipeline and sales activity using a CRM database.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions and establish a positive rapport with each lead.
- Collect, complete, and accurately update all critical CRM data fields in a detailed, timely manner.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members from other internal departments.
- Serve as a RetireMed ambassador, displaying core values of integrity, family, teamwork, knowledge, and communication.
- Meet or exceed established quarterly team goals.
- Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, flexible, and embraces change.
- Strong phone skills, including active listening and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals.
- Extensive customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office and the Internet; strong keyboarding skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to navigate CRM and other company tools and resources.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Preferred: Carrier, product, and Medicare knowledge.

Description
RetireMed is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Advisor (PA). As the first point of contact for consumer prospects seeking Medicare or Marketplace advice, the PA will play a crucial role in building rapport and converting leads into lifelong Medicare clients. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt position requires a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the Ohio State health insurance licensing exam. Paid training for the exam will be provided, and the cost of the test will be covered.
