- Preparation of basic to intermediate individual, partnership and corporate returns for clients in various industries
- Basic tax research skills
- Prepare, organize and maintain engagement work papers and files
- Communicate effectively with clients and develop positive relationships with client personnel
- Communicate with Senior and/or Manager on work status and client issues that arise
- Manage multiple client assignments at any given time
- Actively pursue self-development opportunities, including staff training courses
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role preferred
- Tax preparation experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, but also work well with others
- Experience with ProSystem Tax and ProSystem Engagement a plus
- CPA completed or working towards the CPA preferred
- Build interest and understanding in a minimum of 1-2 industry areas which the firm services
