    About the Role

    As a Solutions Engineer at Payabli, you will work hand-in-hand with our Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to identify the needs of prospective customers and generate customized business software solutions to cater to those needs.

    At Payabli, we hold customer satisfaction highest on our list of priorities. Consequently, we view this role as critical to our continued success. You will report to Payabli's CEOs and work closely with the full leadership team and our investors.
    In this Solutions Engineer role, you will

    Conduct discovery calls with our passionate Account Executives to discuss their software solutions and identify opportunities for Payabli
    Work alongside our Sales Team to prepare highly customized and creative solutions to fit the needs of each prospective customer
    Draft and deliver presentations to demonstrate the features of our product portfolio, and create customized software solutions for our prospective clients
    Design and install all proposed solutions on behalf of new and existing customers
    Assist Account Executives in replying to questions and concerns from customers leveraging or looking to leverage Payabli's technology stack

    Serve as Technical Point of Contact during the implementation process assisting Software Partners with all technical questions and coordinating technical meetings between Software Partners' Technical Teams and Payabli Product and Engineering Teams.

    Have a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or have exhibited exhibited significant technical acumen in previous work experience.

    Have previous experience working as a Solutions Engineer within the Payments or broader Fintech industry. Already possess a basic understanding of Payments.
    Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas in a structured and user-friendly way (prior experience in Sales is also a plus)
    Are a self-starter who is resourceful and able to independently run work streams, and also willing to be scrappy and think of creative solutions
    Have an innate sense of humility and intellectual honesty with an open mind for feedback
