Meat Wrapper Role
This role is responsible for maintaining high standards in the meat department, ensuring proper performance of duties and adherence to company policies. The Meat Wrapper contributes to achieving market conditions by wrapping, weighing, and pricing meats and related products.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an apprentice/training program or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of various cuts and types of meat products is required along with ability to operate meat department equipment. Good customer relations skills are essential as well as basic math skills.
