Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.Soliant Health is on the lookout for a dynamic Pharmacist In Charge to spearhead operations at one of our partnered pounding pharmacies. The perfect fit would hold active pharmacist licenses in Texas and possess the capacity to acquire licenses across multiple states. In the role of Pharmacy Manager, you'll be entrusted with upholding the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our retail and pounding activities, ensuring strict adherence to state and federal regulations. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in both sterile and non-sterile pounding techniques, formulations, and pliance practices. We're seeking someone who embodies leadership, municates effectively, and is dedicated to continuous growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of retail and pounding aspects
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Manage inventory levels and procurement
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices
Quality Assurance:
Ensure pliance with USP 800, 797, and 795 regulations
Investigate and address quality-related issues promptly
Regulatory pliance:
Maintain active pharmacist licenses in all operating states
Stay informed about pounding regulations and municate updates
Customer Service:
Collaborate with healthcare providers to meet patient needs
Provide exceptional service and patient counseling
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Active pharmacist license in Texas (required)
Minimum 5 years of Pharmacist In Charge experience
Proficiency in pharmacy software systems
Board-Certified Sterile pounding Pharmacist (BCSCP) certification preferred
License/Certification:
Licensed Pharmacist in Texas (required)
IV Certification as required by TX BOP (required)

Experience:
Managing a pharmacy with multiple staff pharmacists: 3 years (required)
