Responsibilities of the

Information

Security Manager

will include:

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, PCIDSS, and industry best practicesLead security initiatives within the organizationSafeguard patient, employee, and business dataStrengthen cybersecurity infrastructureManage security protocolsPromote a culture of security awarenessLead the security operations team, creating an environment that prioritizes mentorship, collaboration, and continual professional growth.

Design, assess, and update information security policies and procedures.
Proactively develop risk mitigation tactics, refine the incident response and disaster recovery plans.
Provide training resources and workshops to staff on security best practices.
Maintain expertise in cloud security, especially in Microsoft 365, Azure, and other leading cloud platforms.
Communicate with senior leadership, offering clear insights into the organization's security posture, looming risks, and strategic recommendations

Job Requirements

Details:

Qualifications of the

Information

Security Manager

:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.leadership in information security operations and securing Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms.knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and PCIDSS regulations.

Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex security topics effectively.
Minimum of 7 years in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare.
Detail oriented and deadline drivenAbility to work on a computer for extended periods.
May require after-hours support and occasional travel.

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $75,000 to $150,000
