The Loan Officer Floater is responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to members through the processing of all consumer loan products offered. This position requires strong sales skills to identify members' needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services.Responsibilities
- Processing and evaluating loan applications with a high degree of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Issuing and servicing new credit cards for all members.
- Cross-selling credit union products and services through proactive outbound calls.
