    Description

    Pay Range:
    $64, $102,460.80 USD AnnualReporting to the Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations, the Senior Compensation Analyst participates in the development and administration of the compensation program including job description development, job analysis, job evaluation, salary surveys, market analysis, equity analysis and ad-hoc reporting. Maintains compensation structure and job profiles within Workday. Develops, recommends, and implements compensation policies and processes. Educates leaders and HR colleagues on key compensation concepts. Partners with department leaders to analyze pay and make recommendations. Serves as the subject matter expert in workforce analytics and assists in the translation of human resources data to meaningful recommendations.

    EducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Certification, Registration, and LicensureNone required. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar designation strongly preferred.
    ExperienceAt least 5 years compensation, financial, or business analyst experience required. Prior healthcare compensation experience strongly preferred.
    Must be detail-oriented, organized and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    Familiarity with employment laws and regulations associated with affirmative action, EEO/AA and Fair Labor Standards.
    Strong analytical, verbal and written skills and demonstrate systems thinking.
    Familiarity with survey methodology and various compensation models.
