    POSITION &
    REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:


    Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Group Leader provides operational oversight and leadership for designated internal and external educators within a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

    This role collaborates cross-functionally with Education, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, and Customer Service to plan, coordinate, and execute assigned initiatives within a defined scope.

    The Group Leader oversees day-to-day departmental activities, delegates and supervises work, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and best-practice standards, including safety and simulation-based education.

    Responsibilities include performance and project reporting, revenue forecasting and recognition, and supporting training programs that leverage simulation and clinical solutions to improve outcomes.

    Success in this role requires strong execution, credibility, and the ability to foster collaboration and team effectiveness.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide leadership and operational oversight for training and education programs aligned with Elevate Healthcare's strategic and growth objectives.
    • Demonstrate frontline employee focus by actively engaging, supporting, coaching, and developing team members to enable high performance and professional growth.
    • Maintain a strong, customercentric mindset by anticipating customer needs and translating feedback into impactful training and education solutions.
    • Establish and maintain best practices for the development, evaluation, and delivery of accurate, relevant, and highvalue educational content.
    • Promote an evidencebased, simulationdriven culture that advances patient safety, clinical excellence, and customer outcomes.
    • Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of new and innovative training and education programs that support revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally to develop scalable education solutions across key clinical domains that drive customer value and business performance.
    • Assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement strategies to strengthen capability and execution.
    • Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficient, costeffective delivery of programs and initiatives.
    • Support the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Active professional licensure (RN or related healthcare discipline).
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; equivalent work experience considered.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience, with demonstrated experience in clinical training, education, and healthcare simulation.
    • Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training and education programs that create customer value and business impact; inperson, virtual, or ondemand experiences.
    • Familiarity with Elevate Healthcare products, solutions, and clinical/education portfolio.
    • Strong leadership, execution, and organizational skills with the ability to lead through influence and credibility.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
    • Ability and willingness to travel as required to support training and education delivery, program observation, and industry events.

    PREFERRED:

    • Master's degree in nursing, education, or a related discipline.
    • Ten (10) or more years of healthcare experience.
    • Experience leveraging simulationbased education to improve outcomes and support revenuegenerating initiatives.
    • Experience creating and delivering both inperson, virtual instructorled, and selfdirected LMS training programs & proficiency with filming and editing video content.
