- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support attended automations using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robot Assistant that align with business needs and technical best practices.
- Configure UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, robots, schedules, environments, releases, credentials).
- Package and promote automations across environments, while implementing exception handling, logging, monitoring, and alerting for production automations.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Guide usage of automation products, evaluating new technologies and industry trends to enhance RPA capabilities.
- Support Technical documentation on solution design, business process, and end user training as needed.
- Participate in Agile delivery (standups, sprint planning, reviews).
- U.S. Citizen; Active DHS clearance or Top-Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience with RPA solutions, primarily UiPath.
- Experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Assistant (development, configuration, deployment).
- Experience with: RPA workflow automation, Business process mapping and documentation, and COTS system integration.
- Experience implementing exception handling, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting support.
- Experience working with stakeholders, business users, and technical SMEs to gather and refine requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to design technical solutions to business problems.
- Experience being a member of a RPA/Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Experience working with AI/ML integrations in RPA.
- Previous work in DHS or TSA environments.
- UiPath certification(s).
