    **Description**

    The Carmelite Sisters came to the Palm Beaches in 1960. Later named the Lourdes-Noreen McKeen Residence, the facility was the first of its kind in the area to provide nursing, long-term and seasonal housing for the elderly, all with the signature type of care that distinguished the order's approach from others. Today, our senior living community offers skilled nursing, short-term rehab, independent living and assisted living apartments.

    We are looking for a **Customer Service Specialist - FULL-TIME; 8a to 4pm**

    **Customer Service Specialist Job Summary:**

    Handle a stressful, hectic atmosphere and follow through on duties after numerous interruptions.

    Develop problem solving and decision making skills related to the front desk operation.

    Route incoming mail and packages to appropriate mailbox, community or Department, manages postage meter.

    Maintain telecommunication system for console operation and paging system.

    Monitor assigned entrance and advise visitors and employees to use main entrance.

    Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

    Maintain security procedures; monitoring logbook; security screens, emergency notifications, /communication, alarms, parking, accounting for visitors.

    Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.

    **Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:**

    **Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.**

    Excellent telephone operations skills

    Excellent customer service skills

    Excellent verbal communication skills

    Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

    Excellent organizational skills

    Ability to multi-task

    Employee will be required to work weekends, holidays, and facility operational emergency periods.
