job summary:
An Electrical Project Engineer is needed for a multinational corporation that produces mirrors as well as a variety of construction, high-performance, and other materials in the Peachtree City, GA area. This role entails managing the development and implementation of equipment for manufacturing plants, focusing on electrical automation and controls, while collaborating with project teams and ensuring project success through effective communication and adherence to standards.

responsibilities:

Assist in developing electrical and controls system design solutions.

Develop initial electrical design, bills of materials, and schematics in AutoCAD.

Support senior project engineers on assigned projects.

Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations.

Support continuous improvement of plant design.

Assist in startup and commissioning of equipment.

Ensure efficient project transfer to Operations team. Skills:

Practical knowledge of piping system design.

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Experience in specifying and installing various equipment.

Familiarity with material handling and continuous process systems. Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.

3+ years of industrial manufacturing experience.
