We specialize in authentic street tacos, crafted with the freshest ingredients and bold flavors. Our mission is to provide a unique dining experience that transports our guests to the bustling streets of Mexico City.

    Job Description: Desperados is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bussers. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Your primary responsibilities will include clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and assisting the serving staff as needed.

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    • Clearing and sanitizing tables promptly after guests depart.
    • Assisting staff in delivering food and beverages to tables.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
    • Refilling drinks and providing additional utensils or condiments as requested.
    • Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
    • Providing friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with guests and coworkers.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
