Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• 40 guaranteed hours per week

• 13-week contract length

• Average 6-8 exams per day

• Possible float to other locations in south region including Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, and Divine Savior

• Weekend and holiday rotation required

• On-call rotation averaging 1 day per week and every 6th weekend

• Required certifications: RDMS AB and OB/GYN, BLS

• Minimum 2+ years ultrasound tech experience required

• High school diploma required

• Work with Philips Epiq Elite machines and GE Logic machines

• Perform OB/Gyn, abdominal, breast, general US/VL, paracentesis and thoracentesis, and small parts exams

• Proficiency required in all imaging areas

• Professional appearance required with scrubs of any color

• Must be team player providing quality patient care with effective communication skills

• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours

• May be placed on call for low census with 2-hour minimum callback pay
