- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations monthly and ensure that balances are accurately stated.
- Prepare monthly journal entries.
- Maintain international intercompany accounts.
- Perform financial analysis to identify anomalies.
- Ad-hoc tasks, projects and reporting as required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or 2+ years of experience.
- Experience with the use of Microsoft Office Products (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to learn computer programs quickly.
- Must have superior professional office demeanor and good organizational skills to maintain financial records, correspondence, etc.
- Follows established policies and procedures to complete assignments with a high level of accuracy.
- Lifting Requirements - light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
- Physical Requirements - stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating and observing.
- Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
