As a Speech Language Pathologist, you play a crucial role in a child's care team, witnessing firsthand the impact of your efforts on the child's life.

Responsibilities:

Work with a diverse group of students, tailoring services to meet their specific needs and developmental stages.
Evaluate and assist students in speech, articulation, fluency, and language development using a holistic approach to enhance their communication skills.
Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to implement interventions that support student progress.
Conduct assessments and provide detailed reports focusing on improving voice, speech, and fluency.
Develop individualized treatment plans considering each student's unique needs and family background.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering valuable insights to support students' communication goals.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and security of information.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
Active CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) license.
Previous experience in clinical or educational settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
