- You will track and update monthly authorized and onboard MSC worldwide workforce.
- You will conduct or participates as a team member in manpower surveys and studies.
- You will request to ensure they conform to sound management principles and are within current plans and MSC and high-level guidelines.
- You will as analyst for the preparation of the annual manpower planning budget (civilian and military, MSC-wide) and development of the biennial Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) submission.
- You will analyze, plan, and help the Lead Analyst develop revisions to the command's organization manual, including related documents (e.g., Mission, Function, Task Statements (MFTs) and organization charts).
- You will process management manpower requests to the Human Resources Board (HRB) Requirements Conditions of Employment

Time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience processing management manpower requests
Experience advising senior managers of discrepancies and resolving/recommending and implementing solutions
Experience assisting in the maintenance of civilian and military Activity Manpower Documents
Experience investigating and reviews requests for changes
Experience compiling and analyzing manpower information and identifies and resolves problems/issues associated with personnel actions (i.e., data input, erroneous output, funding codes, organizational coding, etc.)
