    Description


    Position Summary:

    • Perform porter and janitorial duties in all common areas of the community.

    Essential Tasks:

    • Vacuum residential hallways.
    • Clean and disinfect elevators (inside and out), elevator lobbies, trash rooms, and storage rooms.
    • Clean and disinfect stairwells.
    • Clean all glass doors (inside and out).
    • Sweep and clean common area walkways.
    • Remove feces from the dog parks and all common areas.
    • Clean urine from sidewalks.
    • Pick up trash and cigarette butts from all common areas.
    • Vacuum and dust clubhouse, including management offices.
    • Wipe down fitness equipment.
    • Wipe down and straighten up pool furniture.
    • Clean pool decks.
    • Clean barbecues and barbecue area.
    • Immediately report any items that are broken or damaged to the Maintenance Supervisor or the General Manager.
    • Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or the General Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma required.
    • 1 year porter or janitorial experience required.
