- The Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Service provides consultations on complex cases involving maternal-fetal medicine within the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology specializing prenatal diagnosis
's targeting evolving pregnancy complications such as ectopic pregnancies problematic fetal positioning cord abnormalities blood disorders heart problems etc etc .
