Job description
A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy services, located in Middletown, Delaware. This opportunity focuses on supporting a caseload comprising approximately 35 students with severe disabilities. The assignment spans from ASAP through December 21, 2025, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.Key Responsibilities
Deliver speech-language therapy through teletherapy to students with severe disabilities
Develop and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Conduct regular data collection and progress monitoring to assess therapy effectiveness
Collaborate with educational staff to implement therapeutic strategies and ensure continuity of care
Qualifications And Experience
Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Delaware is required
Experience working with students who have severe disabilities is strongly preferred
Proficiency in delivering teletherapy services with skills in telespeech technology
Strong documentation and report-writing capabilities, specifically in IEP development
Effective communication skills to facilitate remote collaboration and support
