Responsibilities
The AV manager will responsible strategic planning management implementation audiovisual services across back house operations stadiums other venues including press conference services AV products command centers specific operational spaces Technical Expertise Have in-depth operational understanding relevant AV protocols technologies design configuration implementation Dante AES67 SDI ST2110 HDMI Role require expertise technologies video distribution feeds application product integration Collaborate Plan Work event organizers venue staff IT service management teams throughout entire lifecycle planning delivering AV services back-of-house operations press conferences functional area centres IBCs command centers Setup Configuration Oversee setup configuration testing AV equipment ensuring compliance IT service management standards Maintenance Upgrades Ensure that all AV services undergone appropriate maintenance upgrades ensure performance reliability Documentation Develop maintain comprehensive documentation onAV requirements budgeting topologies architecture configurations procedures troubleshooting steps Support Model Define implement best-in-class adequate support model accordance wider technology delivery requirements
