Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assisted Living/Memory Care Nurse to join our team. The Float Nurse is responsible for the provision of tenant services, including assistance with personal care, medications, social and recreational activities, meal services and other tasks as needed to facilitate the continued well-being of tenants.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-admission assessments to evaluate each resident's functional, cognitive, and health status prior to occupancy.
- Develop, implement, and maintain individualized resident service plans that reflect current needs and preferences.
