- Preparation of month-end closing journal entries and analysis, including but not limited to:
- Banking transactions
- Prepaid expenses
- Month-end accruals
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to:
- Cash
- Receivables
- Prepaid expenses
- Accrued expenses
- Act as backup to Accounts Receivable/Payable Analyst.
- Assist the Accounting Manager in preparation of month-end reports
- Respond to and coordinate with other departments regarding any inquiries or requests
- Assist the Accounting Manager as needed
- Any other duties as assigned

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including MS Excel
- Experience with accounting ERP systems
- QuickBooks experience is a bonus
- Experience working in multi-currency environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment and discretion
