    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years nursing experience required.

    Sunbelt is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Home Health contract position with a local client near Lagrange, KY. Home Health RNs with at least one year of recent home health experience are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. The director is ready to review resumes and interview candidates, so please apply today for immediate consideration

    Employment Type: Full-time, 13 week contract with potential to extend
    Works Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, 40 hours per week (some on call and weekends required)

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete accurate and detailed OASIS-C Documentation within a 24-48 hour turnaround time
    • Case manage at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 patients per week
    • Scheduled visits will include, but are not limited to:
      • Providing wound care
      • IV administration and teaching
      • Cardiac program follow up and intervention
    • Travel in theLagrange, KYarea

    Experience:

    • At least one year of Home Health experience within the last year required
    • In depth knowledge and in-field experience of OASIS-C required
    • Start of Care/Admissions experience required

    Education:

    • Associates Degree of Nursing or Bachelors Degree of Nursing
    • KentuckyRegistered Nurse License
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
