- Leave Administration:
- Serving as the primary contact for leaves in the US and Canada
- Assisting team members and leadership in understanding leave options, entitlements, and responsibilities
- Coordinating the leave application process, providing necessary forms, collecting documentation, and guiding team members through required steps
- Maintaining accurate records of leave requests, approvals, and communications
- Regularly communicating with team members and leadership about leave status and next steps
- Enrollment Audits:
- Conducting routine audits of enrollment forms for accuracy
- Ensuring benefit systems are updated correctly based on enrollment changes
- Auditing carriers and ADP to ensure consistency and accuracy between systems
- Benefits Support:
- Addressing basic benefit-related inquiries from employees
- Providing support in sending retirement eligibility emails to new hires in the US and Canada
- Following up with new hires to ensure timely enrollment in benefit programs
- Workers' Compensation Administration:
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to workers' compensation
- Entering workers' compensation claims into the system and provide initial responses to inquiries.
- HR Administrative Support:
- Assisting other HR areas with administrative tasks as needed
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees, leadership, and external vendors
- Problem-solving skills to address inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits and leave administration
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Degree in HR or related field, other HR certifications, or prior HR/Benefits experience is preferred

Base Hourly Rate: $ $28.85
The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base hourly rate offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
