    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLSPrepare and manage change ordersPrepare and manage procure to pay processAdministration of payment proceduresAdministration of back-charges and resolution of claimsInterface with Project Controls and Project Leadership on changes and progress regarding Seller and Subcontractor managementInterface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate Seller/Subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligationsInterface with Business Services for invoice and document management resolutionInterface with Seller/Subcontractors regarding proper documentation backup, contract procedures, and work under the direction of Project Controller(s)/Contracts ManagerOversee sub-contractors.
