We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering Director of Transportation to lead our Transportation Department across six offices. This is a direct hire opportunity located in Schaumburg IL.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in I
DOTroadway and bridge design projects and a passion for mentoring and leading teams.

Leading Department Staffing Coordination Meetings.
Manage client relationships and actively cultivate new business connections.

Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Checks on all projects
Managing and designing current I
DOTPhase I and II engineering projects as well as County and Municipal Transportation projects.
Interpret specifications and drawings, recommend and document design modifications, and coordinate with the design team.
Assist with and prepare proposals to obtain new transportation projects.
