- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Validate invoices on a daily basis
- Post invoices for payment
- Check for duplicate invoice entries
- Deal with any and all invoice issues
- Process and analyze reports to identify and correct data entry errors
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma and/or GED
- SAP experience preferred
- Data entry skills including proficiency with 10 key data entry
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have experience in manufacturing environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
